MBC group: NOW HIRING – Community Manager
Responsibilities:
· Communicates directly with fans to build strong relationships and establishes a visible external presence on both brand and community social channels
· Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts
· Respond to customers in a timely manner
·Monitors social discussion and sentiment to identify common themes and conversations
· Build relationships with Followers and Customers
·Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
·Guide Customers through the required steps and educate them properly on product details and limitations and help them through any technical issue they might be facing

Requirements :
·Bachelor’s Degree
·Digital savvy
·Minimum of 1 year of social media management or community manager experience
·Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
·Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
·Hands on experience with social media management
·Ability to interpret website traffic
· Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
·Understanding of Brand Voice
·Knowledge of the Company, Products, and Services
· Excellent writing skills in Arabic and English (Arabic is Must)
