Job Description:
Costing & Data Accuracy
•Update standard costs, BOMs, and routings.
•Validate material, labor, and overhead costs.
•Support cost‑roll and annual cost updates.
Production & Operations Analysis
•Track production KPIs (yield, scrap, downtime).
•Analyze variances and highlight root causes.
•Manage direct & fixed overhead reporting.
Stock Control
•Conduct monthly production loss analysis.
•Ensure accurate posting of production orders on SAP.
•Verify material supply against valid POs (Gate Control).
•Handle vendor creation and approval cycle on SAP.
•Post and control factory provisions with proper month‑end closing.
•Monitor subcontracting (3P) and wastage posting on SAP.
•Manage scrap dealers: contracts, limits, SAP balances, and account clearing.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or any related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance within the FMCG industry (must).
•Strong experience as an SAP User.
•Very good computer literacy, especially with the MS Office package.
•Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
•Ability to perform additional duties related to the job scope as required.
