We are looking for Client Support Executive for immediate hiring in our premises in Nasr City .
Requirements :
– Experience in similar role from 6 months to 1 year .
– Fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply .
– Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role (Telecommunication industry eg. ex-Vodafone, BDO, Xceed … etc).
– Proven ability to maintain high-quality calls.
– Demonstrated excellence in customer issue resolution across all contact channels (e-mail, social media and phone).
