We are looking for a “Civil Engineering Lead” for a leading international Project Management Consultancy (PMC) operating across major infrastructure and large‑scale construction projects. 📍𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐬 𝐄𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐤𝐦𝐚, 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭. (Site-Based)
𝙆𝙚𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:
• Lead civil discipline governance across large-scale projects (client/PMC role)
• Review/approve civil design drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical issues with engineering recommendations.
• Coordinate with MEP, Architecture, and other disciplines to ensure integrated delivery.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and report progress, risks, and technical issues to senior leadership
Requirements
• BSc in Civil Engineering (mandatory) | MSc Civil/Structural (preferred)
• 12–15+ years total experience with strong PMC/Consultant exposure in design review & site supervision
• Proven experience on mega/large-scale projects (mandatory)
• PMP (preferred) | PE License (advantage) | QA/QC certification (preferred)
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary coordination
