Bank Audi is hiring Cash Management Assistant/Product Manager
Job Requirements:
– BA in Business or Marketing.
– Excellent command of English & Arabic (Speaking & Writing)
– Exceptional user of Microsoft Office tools (Arabic English word, Excel and PowerPoint)
– 3-6 years of experience in a relevant title or post (e-channels, digital payments, GTS/GTB, etc…).
– Analytical mind – Figures and statistics oriented
Main duties and responsibilities:
– Develop new digital products and cash management services for all companies
– Enhance and develop internal processes based on customer feedback and market practices to achieve higher customer satisfaction and better TAT
– Customer migration to alternative channels to ensure reaching better cost to income ratios and offloading our branches from unwanted transactions
