Realme Egypt is hiring “Call Center Team Leader”
Location: Nasr City
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily business management of the team, monitoring various data indicators, ensuring the regular operation of the business, and achieving KPI requirements.
2. Answer questions about customer service upgrades, provide reasonable solutions, and improve the ability of team members.
3. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly project reporting, and regularly output report data and rectification opinions.
4. Regularly conduct quality inspection on customer service, output quality inspection results, and carry out corresponding training and empowerment work;
5. Communicate across teams and complete other tasks assigned by HQ.
Job Requirements:
– Experience: 2 years or above work experience in a call center, 1 year or above team management experience
– Language: Very Good Command of English
– Others: Experience in call centers of other mobile phone brands; proficiency in using office tools such as word, excel, and PowerPoint; inter-departmental solid coordination and communication skills
