Bel is looking for Assistant Brand Manager with the below requirements.

Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree of any discipline with a passion for Marketing & Brand Management.
-1-2 years of experience.

Skills:
-Ability to turn data into analytical stories – good with analysis of numbers, compiling & analyzing reports.
-Good communication skills with different people – ability to get the message properly and establish rapport – proper flexibility level.
-Proactive personality, understand the objectives and work proactively to achieve them, not waiting for instructions.
-Passion for project management – organized mind set.




Responsibilities:
-In charge of delivering marketing activities on time in full.
-Briefs, supervise and works closely with agencies for planning and executing activities.
-Works cross-functionally with different stakeholders to ensure smooth project management.
-Ensure timely launch of innovations and post launch assessment.
-Analyzes and reports internal and external data to come up with actionable solutions for the brand.
-Manages brand budget and ensures quarterly alignment with the commercial finance team.
-Support SBM to develop yearly marketing plans and activities.
