Segmatek is hiring “Application Support Specialist” with the below qualifications:-
– Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT or Computer Science
– 2-5 years of experience in relevant telecom IT support environments.
– Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
– Ability to work on shifts
– Must have experience in Oracle Databases (SQL and PL/SQL)
– Must have experience in Unix Administration and Shell Scripting
– Good Knowledge of ITIL process management and SLA
– Previous Experience in Telecom Billing Operations will be a great add-on.
– Previous Experience in Ericsson BSCS Operation Support will be a great add-on
