Al Safy Group is currently hiring Application Support Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
· Have a good understanding of ERP Implementation and applications in general.
· Workflow & internal process automation prospective understanding
· Support application users in the system issues to facilitate their role in the system smoothly.
· Strong knowledge on using Business Intelligence products along the concept.
· Participated in Data warehouse projects design, implementation, and operations.
· Preferred hands-on experience on ERP service specially on MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, Power BI.
· Preferred hands-on experience on HRMS service specially on SAP HCM, Success factors and Hits.
Job Requirements:
· MS Dynamics AX and 365 experience is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Computer Science
· 2-3 years of experience in application and database support
· Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for problems.
