ALEXBANK branches network is recruiting in all of Egypt’s geographical regions.

The open vacancies are the following:

–          Branch Managers

–          Magnifica Relationship Managers

–          Small Business Relationship Managers

–          Customer Service Officers / Tellers

Desired Skills and Experience

–          University degree

–          For all roles except CSO & Teller; previous experience in the role is required

–          High quantitative and numerical skills

–          Good command of English language

–          Strong client orientation

–          Client relationship management skills

–          Excellent negotiation and sales skills

–          Complaint management skills

–          Good communication and interpersonal skills

–          Strong commercial territory management in his/her region

–          Excellent computer skills

–          Strong time management skills

–          Strong analytical, problem solving skills to effectively recover and resolve complex customer issues

–          Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed

–          Honesty, integrity, credibility, and influence

–          Resilience
