BokDoc is going to hire an “Admin Specialist” with the following criteria:

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point for vendors and client’s account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with new vendors by cold calls to co-operate and sign new contracts
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Create/Update vendor profile, data, and contract

Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
1:3 Years’ experience as Admin Role, account manager, project manager, or relevant role
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Very Good English level.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
