We’re Hiring: Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
for a leading bank in one of the Gulf countries
📄 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification in Risk Management (ISO 31000, FRM, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking risk management
• Strong knowledge of risk management within the framework of Islamic banking
• Solid understanding of local and international regulatory standards (e.g., Basel)
• Experience with risk management tools and systems, including Risk Dashboards and GRC
• Comprehensive understanding of various types of banking risks and their mitigation strategies
