Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Financial Planning
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term financial strategies
• Prepare and review annual budgets and financing plans
• Conduct cash flow forecasting to ensure operational liquidity
• Support decisions related to expansion, investment, and cost optimization
Financial Management & Control
• Oversee all accounting and financial operations
• Review and approve financial statements and reports
• Establish and maintain spending and credit policies
• Ensure efficient utilization of financial resources
Reporting & Analysis
• Provide financial and analytical reports to senior management
• Analyze financial performance, profitability, and liquidity metrics
• Monitor financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions
• Present financial insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial management or senior finance roles
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
