* Financial Manager *
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
-Prepare financial reports and analyze performance
-Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
-Control costs and analyze profitability
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
-Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a strong advantage
-Courses in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, ERP Systems, or IFRS are preferred
-5–10 years of experience in financial management (industrial background preferred)
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
-Proficiency in ERP and financial software systems
