Contracts Manager.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
(8–12) years of experience in Contract Management within large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract agreements.
Experience in both pre- and post-contract phases.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English is a must.
CLAC or PMP certification is a plus.
Review and manage all project contracts.
Evaluate contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
▪️Lead the preparation of claims, variations, and EOT submissions.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for proper contract execution.
Handle contract negotiations and maintain organized contract records.
