Job Purpose

To constantly search for new business opportunities with available companies in the assigned area.
To constantly boost business figures.
To deliver exceptional Sales performance while maintaining quality customers portfolio.
To deliver great customer service

Key Accountabilities:

· Excellent communication and listening skills.

· A polite and friendly manner.

· Lots of initiative.

· A positive attitude.

· The ability to deal with negative responses from customers.

· Work under pressure

· Be committed to achieving assigned sales targets.

· The buzz of working under pressure.

· Communication and follow-up of all related departments of the bank to finalize all such as “coordinators, risk/ops team and branches”

Minimum Experience:

0-1 years preferably in the financial services industry; or other strong-sales culture industry.
