Job A Senior digital marketing specialist
About the Job
We are looking for e-commerce and digital marketing senior specialist managing all online marketing activities by utilizing techniques including re-targeting, social advertising, SEM, SEO, PPC and web analytics, etc.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution
• Identifies emerging digital marketing trends and future opportunities to promote Company and its products and programs through existing and emerging channels
• Track effectiveness and the return of channel marketing campaigns and report on results to upper management
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on Expand Cart social media accounts and pages (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook page cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for blog posts.
• Writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content
• Develop solutions and utilize standard operating procedures for improving customer satisfaction and creating lifelong promoters of our brand.
• Communicate with the management team and developers to improve product functionality and resolve issues.

Job Requirements
Requirements
• Experience: 4 – 6 in digital marketing
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
• Experience in digital marketing
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage
• Creativity
• Experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ad Words
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Job B Corporate sales
Main Responsibilities:
• Acquire new leads through cold calls and meetings
• Planning and organizing the daily work schedule to follow up on the existing clients
• Establishing professional networks internally and developing relationships with vendors/ clients.
• Monitoring the competition (tenders, offers, pricing, new products, payment terms etc.)
• Fulfilling clients’ requests and following up with all parties involved.

• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.

• Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.

Roles and responsibility
• Pay attention to details to fully understand technical requirements
• Development of new Odoo modules (Versions 8 and 10)
• Making changes and updates to Odoo modules
• Build and customize reports
• Integrate with other systems using Web APIs (Web services)
• Identify and fix issues related to Odoo development
• Use git for source control
• Deploy projects on development/staging/ production servers
• Train new developers on how to perform tasks correctly
• Coach team and be a mentor
Job Requirements
• 0-2 years’ experience in Odoo development
• Experience in Python
• Experience in RDBMS, specially PostgreSQL
• Experience in development and integration of Web API/Microservices
• Experience in Odoo JS framework and Odoo web development (if not, we can provide training for it)
• Odoo POS development knowledge/ experience is a big plus
• Experience in Ubuntu environment
• Knowledge of end-to-end architecture and development is a big plus
