1- تنفيذ اعمال توكيد الجودة لكافة الدورات المستندية طبقا للمعايير القياسية للجهات المانحة
2- فحص الخامات الداخلة في التصنيع عندا إستلامها
3- فحص المعدات و الأدوات و التأكد من سلامتها و نظافتها وصلاحيتها للتشغيل طبقا لمعايير الصحة العالمية والمصرية
4- متابعة النظافة الشخصية للعاملين بهدف إحكام الرقابة على تطبيق اشتراطات الصحة العامة ومنع من تلوث الغذاء
5- التأكد من تاريخ الصلاحية والبيانات المدونة على عبوات سواء خامات أو منتج نهائى لضمان التوافق مع التشريعات والقوانين
