· التنسيق مع الادارة المالية لاستكمال عمليات الدفع طبقا علي ماتم الاتفاق عليه بامر التوريد والعقود المبرمة لاستمرار عمليه التوريد .

· التواصل مع ادارة المخازن للعمل علي استبدال او استرجاع الاصناف التي قاربت تاريخ صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء مع الشركات المورده

عمل تقرير شهرى بجميع اوامر التوريد التي تم استلامها الي المخازن لمتابعه خطه الشراء والتخزين المحدده من الادارة
