· Responsibilities:-
* Preparation and confirming of entries of accounting operations from the general Journal and general ledger and posting to analytical books and auxiliary ledgers according to the company’s automated accounting system.
* Review and reconcile the balances of bank accounts with the records with the statements of the accounts of these banks and make the necessary adjustments.
* Review and audit the documents of receipt, refunds and daily expenses and process them automatically .
* Follow-up and receipt of accounting documents from other departments.
* Preparing periodic reports on refunds, transfers, payments from customers and cash deposits .
* Participate in the preparation of the estimated budget and follow up its implementation .
* Carrying out the annual inventory, calculating depreciation and the value of fixed assets and participating in the preparation of the annual budget .
* Supervising the registration of all registration documents in its respective accounts in accordance with the applicable computer systems and programs and on the basis of the approved accounting cycle.
* Collecting, following up and keeping statements of accounts receivable and payable, and checking the schedules of accounts receivable ages monthly.
* Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

– 2-4 years’ experience.
– Good command of English.
