– Preparing monthly financial statements submitted with regulatory reports to Top management on monthly meeting as follow:

– Supplier aging report.
– P&L Actual vs Budget monthly & YTD.
– P&L per station
– Cashflow report monthly (actual / estimated).
– Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.

– Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

– Responsible for Tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files on a monthly basis (VAT tax declaration/Salary Tax review and payment/withholding tax review and payment on a quarterly base and annual corporate tax return prepare/review with the outside tax office as an annual base and prepare all required data with tax office at different Tax examination.

– Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Education, Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– At least 10 years of industry experience is required.
-Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
– Proficiency with computers and financial systems.
