• Prepare procurement plan and coordinate with project time schedule and deliverables.
• Issue purchase orders and Contracts as per agreed upon terms and conditions with exact milestones / payment terms.
• Propose alternative items for materials that need value engineering or hard to get.
• Conduct site visits to monitor procurement packages with the site progress.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in engineering, procurement & operations.
• Excellent knowledge in software such as “AutoCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office”.
• Experience in mega projects such as “Hospitals, Banks, Hotels & Admin. buildings”.
• Very good knowledge about finishing materials, its relation, installation methods.
