TREASURY AND BANKING:

-Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses on excel.
-Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed.
-Prepare and execute payroll in Egypt and overseas.
-Administer statements of payment to personnel.

-Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
-Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc. for accounting, auditing & payroll reconciliations purposes.
-Prepare and design pay slips and periodically send them to all employees.
-Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER related matters, including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters.
-Resolve all cases as assigned within appropriate SLA’s while providing the best possible experience to the employee.
-Promote knowledge and understanding of Company policy and relevant employment laws.
-Create and maintain excellent documentation regarding all cases and investigations you support and where applicable assist in creation of disciplinary actions, or other documentation related to employee performance concerns.

Qualifications and Experience:

-A degree in accounting, law, business, or a related field may be preferred
-1 to 3 years of experience working in payroll or a similar role
-Working knowledge of payroll practices is a must
-Handling Employee Relations in terms of Investigation is a must
-Very good knowledge of Labor Law is a must
-SAP Experience is a plus

9- Make periodic validations with all chain customers to ensure that the actual balance of the book balance on the program matches.
10-Attach the discounts and expenses to be deducted according to the contract to the invoice and put all the attachments in the collection file.
