Banking
· Manage the relation and dealing with banks through the handling of daily operations
· Manage company’s facilities with banks with all related documents required, following up on activating the credit after its issuance and reviewing its balances
· Following up – controls on banks interest, commission and charges related to facilities and currents banks accounts with daily reporting and investigate unlikely transaction
· Manage company letter of guarantee and all related banks instruments that company are utilizing
· Supervise on all Banks Entry & Reconciliation and Issue Bank checks or Wire Transfer request
Accounting
· Follow up on banks accounts, submit a statement of daily balances, checks under collection and checks issued but not yet paid, and count the company’s payments.
· Handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company
· Provide regular forecast cash flow related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment.
· Preparing matches for all bank accounts, whether current accounts or monthly loans and facilities, knowing the reasons for the differences, and preparing settlement restrictions.
Reports
· Provide the daily, weekly and monthly reporting related companies cash In /Out
· Provide regular cash projections
· Prepare all reports relevant to financial statement preparation
· Follow up the balances of long-term loans, interest receivable and loan repayment installments, matching accounts with the bank, and preparing accounting entries for loans and accrued interest.
· Any new business issued by the direct manager.
.Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
· Proven experience as a Treasury Accountant not less than 5 years.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,, etc.).
· Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent Reading, written English is a must.
· Age not exceed than 35years old.
· Experience 10 years in finance field, 5 years of them in Treasury department.
· Odoo (ERB Systeam) user is preferable.

· Excellent communication and forecasting skills.
