7-To prepare a list of the potential claims/variations (those related
to qty or drawings complexity for each project.
8-Differentiate between the main scope and variations qty’s and to
keep the proper supporting documents for each type.
9-To assign the proper Cost codes for each project and to check
the proper implementation from Engineering team.
10-Check supplier invoices and compare it with the claimed qty’s
from client.
11-Prepare the final quantifications and close the final PO value
with Project management department and client.
