3. Following up the analysis of the produced batches based on the status (commercial manufacturing and/ or other e.g. validation batches-1st three batches, Pilot batches as per the regulatory different decrees.
4. Follow up the release and ensuring the dispatching dates accurately.
5. Follow up the stocks with the CMOs and the supply chain and ensure that there is no shortages in any items.
6. Follow up the expiry of the raw materials and ensure the usage of same materials before expiry dates related.
7. Coordination with Registration department arranging the status of sample withdrawn for NODCAR, Stability samples etc.
8. Production background is a must.
9. Arranging the topic of manufacturing contracts and updating its annex as per the status with CMOs.
10. Following up different analysis steps as per the requirement for each specific products, ensuring that the loading of the samples is executed in its definite time e.g. stability samples loading at its stability chambers.
11. Supporting the bill of resources preparation e.g. required chemicals, reagents, equipment (in case).
Communication:
1. Internal with the operation team.
2. External with the CMOs and others as per requirements.
