Job description
The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. JD:
-Being informed about the realized production and production capability of the company with their machinery and equipment available.
-Being a bridge in the information flow on orders between the production unit and the customer and transmitting any information from one side to the other in an accurate and timely manner.
-Identifying the customer needs correctly with this information and finding the most suitable solution to meet the needs.
-In case of any disruption occurs in the production for any reasons and there are shifts of deadlines as a result, reporting such situations to the Sales and Marketing Managements.
-Obtaining the approval of applicability from the Plant Management for the incoming production requests and providing the deadline by taking the issues such as the occupancy rate, size of the order into account.
-Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
-Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.

-Fresh graduates with good background about supply chain field are most welcome to apply.
