• Responsible for preparation of Registration dossiers of all new products and Re-registered products.
• Follow up all steps of registration in MOH (Ministry of Health)
• Follow up any change needed in any product .
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all registration activities are in compliance with the company and National laws & regulations.
• Ensures confidentiality in respect of registration files contents.
• Carefully review compiled files to ensure that content, quality, accuracy and format of submission Comply with applicable regulations of the market.
• Archiving all documents, licenses and letters.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science
Experience in R&D
Experiences : 3 – 5 years
Excellent communication skills

Job Description
– Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment activities for all positions across various functions.
– Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.
– Source and screen candidates through different recruitment channels.
– Conduct exit interviews; identify trends based on feedback on exit interviews; report information and recommendations.
– Create and implement key success metrics, processes, and tools to measure the on-going effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting staff; coach and motivate recruiting team.
– Analyze data, historical trends, and internal feedback on an ongoing basis to identify recruitment needs.
– Utilize statistical techniques to analyze various sources of data to develop and maintain key performance metrics, evaluate trends, and to manage staff to appropriate metrics to drive behaviors.
– Compile, analyze, and utilize data relating to recruiting, performance, and retention; identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
– Participate in HR department development projects.
– Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
– Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions for candidates.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or human resource management (or related field).
· Pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing background is preferred.
· From 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
· HR Diploma is a must.
· Very Good Command of English.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Excellent time management, and organization skills.
Work Location:
· 1st Industrial Zone, 6th of October.
