Accounting Manager

An Accounting Manager is needed to be hired in a very well-known Food & Beverage company in Alexandria
Job description:
1- Prepare accounts system and fully adhere to the foundations of the accounting guidance and review the guidance of entries in accordance with accounting principles and rules for all operations of the institution according to the approved financial accounts guide.
2- Prepare tax returns and respond to the tax authority’s observations on them on the scheduled dates and participate in the discussion of the differences in the stages of their emergence
3- Monitor and check debtors and creditors accounts monthly, and track the minutes of receiving the materials supplied to the institution until it is paid
4- Follow up on coverage of all types of insurance on time as determined by the general administration of the institution.
5- Examine the differences in the accounts related to the financial position of the institution to indicate the liquidity position and work debit and credit notices according to the forms prepared for this.
6- Approval of all accounting entries
7- Post all accounting entries first after making sure of their safety
8- Archive all the accounting bonds up to date in their own files and arrange them properly so they can be referenced when needed.
9- Follow up on the tasks of requesting account statements from banks to know the conditions of the institution cash
and the preparation of the necessary settlement notes and present them to the financial manager, who performs his role
in presenting and discussing it with the CEO

Qualifications:
– Min. 10 years of experience in accounting, at least 2 years in the same position

. Perform routine Analytical tasks.
. Good experience with laboratory instruments such as (dissolution, disintegration, UV and HPLC.
. Conduct all the quality tests as per relevant SOPs inside the laboratory.
. Documenting of all lab activities and submitting regular reports.
. Good technical troubleshooting skills both with equipment and processes.
· Good Communications skills with good sense of Time Management.
· Very good Command of English Language and very good computer skills.
Ability to work under stress, night shifts, … etc.

Power Bi Developer

We’re looking for a Power Bi Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Creation and maintenance of reports and visualization tools with Power BI and other platforms responding to customer requests
-Design and develop reports, Dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analysis tools by combining data from several sources
-Implementation of controls and validations to ensure the quality of the solutions developed.
-Collect, analyze, and structure customer change and development requests
-Creation of datasets and data modeling in Power BI Desktop
-Implement simple, value-added, and timely solutions.
-Document the solutions developed
-Coordinate UAT testing to ensure product quality and data accuracy.
-Assist customers with training

Requirements:
-3 to 5 years in BI Role including experience in MS Power BI.

-Ability to work independently with the client (specifying requirements, presenting work results)
-Experience with finding and proposing solutions
-Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders
-Practical knowledge of project tools (including Change

* Responsibilities:
🧩 Plan and manage digital acquisition and retention budget, and optimize its allocation across levers providing highest ROI (lowest CAC, highest volumes, lowest incremental CPO)
🧩 Lead consumers acquisition initiatives through performance channels (POM, SEO) by investing and optimizing digital acquisition budget (POM)
🧩 Design and implement engagement and re-activation strategies through performance channels (Paid OM, CRM), segmenting consumers based on their behavior and lifecycle
🧩 Test, optimize (based on ROI i.e., CPO returning customers) and analyze retentions tools such as vouchers, top-ups, cashbacks, to grow CLV
🧩 Analyze and monitor the user behavior to come up with better value propositions for customers driving up the overall LTV and retention rate
🧩 Build bottom-up monthly planning at granular level, to define monthly/weekly/daily KPI targets such as traffic, CVR, orders, GMV, NC, page view by category.
🧩 Work closely with commercial team in providing them with customer insights and ensuring the highest relevance of “push content” (categories, products, price points), and with head of engagement to prepare and execute campaigns
