Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivables team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers, including proper documentation and adherence to billing cycles.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Provides administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
– Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
– Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
– Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
– Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
– Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
– Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
– Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills:
– At Least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
– Familiarity with office organization and treating well with CEO.
– Multi-tasking.
– Time management capability.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Integrity and professionalism.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent time management skills.

Working Conditions :
– Location: Cairo between Nasr City and Sheraton.
– Hours: 8 Hours ( Rotational).
– Days Off ( 1 day).
