Job Responsibilities:

– Receives the products and follows up their proper storage in the stores of retail customers to ensure that they are preserved from any damage.

– Explains the specifications and capabilities of Al-Araby products to customers completely and correctly to complete the sales process to achieve the sales target.

– Ensures the cleanliness of the displayed Arab products to ensure that they appear well.

– Follows up the stock of devices in the stores of retail customers to focus on its items during a presentation to customers to ensure the achievement of a selling opportunity.

– Follows up on customer device returns and identifies their causes to reduce them as much as possible.

– Communicate with the direct manager periodically to find out any change in the prices of the products to work with.

– Follows up the Sales Out reports periodically to know the percentage of achieving the sales target and to see the position of the sales of Al-Araby products from the sales of competitors.

– Monitors all changes that may occur in the market, monitors competitors’ activities.

– prepare a report, and send it to the direct manager to contribute to taking corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.
– Maximum age 30 years.
– At least one year of experience in home appliances.
– Very good in verbal and spoken English.
– Very good communication and negotiations skills.
– Cairo- Giza residence are preferred to apply.

• Promote a quality and customer care culture by conducting quality awareness sessions to deployment staff, communicating effectively to all parties and working on the different initiatives to boost the deployment quality and enhance communication between the sales owner and the agent.
• Handle complaints through root cause analysis, corrective action and final closure, to prevent the reoccurrence of the problem.
Job Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science
• 3-4 years in software/digital Quality Assurance;
• Effectiveness and creativity in approaching and solving technical problems;
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects;
• Basic understanding of the use and maintenance for Microsoft applications (such as MS Excel, Outlook, and/or MS Access);
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to work independently;
• Attention to detail, flexibility and an awareness of production and quality control problems;
• Attributable experience in process improvement endeavors – Expertise in Requirements development and management process;
• Passion for digital and technology;
• Experience testing responsive websites, ecommerce solutions, mobile applications, and custom software;
• Experience working in a team setting;
