Providing the needs of the company and the projects to maintain the flow of raw materials, equipment, operating supplies and spare parts, when necessary, with appropriate amount and cost and with the best quality

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Consider all projects’ needs including required items over the duration of a project and dates of requiring them, classify parallels, conceive a plan for needs supply, submit them to the line manager for approval and update a needs plan according to sudden changes to projects schedule and stages of implementation in coordination with the project planning department.
-Receive technical specifications of materials, equipment and operating supplies from project substantive offices and re-characterizing them in details with accordance to common technical standards and code each item to make supply process easier.
– Solicit price quotations from suppliers, make a database for materials, equipment and operating supplies prices and update it regularly to be referenced when necessary.
– Receive and check purchase orders from different company’s departments and projects with accordance to the approved systems and procedures, issue purchase orders, ensure compliance with needs plans and approved budgets, submit them to the line manager for approval and follow its implementation in collaboration with Procurement Department.
-Revise inventory control reports regularly, take over items which reached order limit, measure the quantities need to be purchased according to needs plan to ensure the running of the work, prepare necessary requisitions and undertake it to meet necessary needs and cover any shortfalls.
-Look for new suppliers with accordance to the approved system of selecting suppliers, make database to include all necessary information about the selected suppliers who are well known for their quality, good reputation and compliance with required quality responsibilities and update it regularly.
-Work on finding solutions and alternatives to procure unavailable items, suggest other purchase resources and submit them to relevant departments to get the technical approval.
-Look for methods to make use of excess materials and supplies in other projects, coordinate with Store-keeping department to distribute the available items with accordance to project’s needs and plans not to disrupt the work.
– Conduct periodic surveys to appraise suppliers’ performance, check the repeated problems and compliance and report them to his line manager to take necessary procedures.
-Make monthly and weekly reports about work done and purchase orders not implemented and delayed explaining the reason of delay and submit them to Procurement Manager.

Educational Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)

EXPERIENCES
-No less than 3 years of experience in the field.

Senior EAI Consultant

We are looking for a Senior EAI Consultant with experience in Webmethods to join our teams.
This position represents an opportunity to undertake different responsibilities including development, functional and technical analysis in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Your responsabilities:
Analyze, design, build and test Integration solutions based on business and technical requirements;
Identify risks and impact on the project solution;
Support deployment activities;
Ensure the best practices in software design and development;
Coach junior developers;

What are we looking for?
+5 years of development experience in the integration domain – Webmethods
Participation in functional and technical analysis initiatives
Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Open to work in European schedule (Monday to Friday, GMT timezone)

PR Specialist

realme Egypt is hiring “PR Specialist”
Location: 5th Settlement
*Job Description:
– Formulate and implement public relations communication planning plans, and influential communication events, including product promotion, brand communication, and related project communication.
– Regularly plan persuasive communication topics, and control the communication materials and content.
– Formulate and implement PR strategies, be responsible for external media communication, media activities execution, analysis, and control of media communication effects.
– Responsible for expanding and maintaining the relationship between media and KOLs, grasping media trends and communication trends, analyzing and managing media resources, and maintaining media libraries.
– Deal with brand/product crises, and quickly formulate and implement reasonable and adequate crisis public relations response strategies.
– Brief media with creative content.
– Writing and Editing press releases and other media communications.
– Coordinate and lead the scheduling and logistics of assigned projects such as conferences and events.
– Identify public relations requirements and possible audiences.

*Job Requirements:
– 1:3 years working experience in the Internet/3C digital/technology industry or well-known media, with technology digital media resources, and personal network resources preferred.
– BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
– Familiar with the public relations activity process and PR operation process, excellent public relations activity project planning, execution, and expansion capabilities, and supplier management experience.
– Good overall planning skills, teamwork, organization, and coordination skills, and strong pressure-bearing ability.
– Have a high sensitivity to industry hot spots, and have vital topic planning and content writing capabilities.
– Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
