Core responsibility – Production of financial data

· Ensure that local compliance procedures are being implemented and monitored; records maintained diligently.

Manage relationship with external / statutory / labour authorities; manage procedures with authorities
To perform tasks within the turnaround time and be able to multitask on a day-to-day basis
Open for new business process changes and adaptability for new systems/technology / implementation of IT systems
Competencies
· Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
· Confident, organized and quick decision maker
· Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English
· Prior experience as an HR Operations Manager, or a similar role
Exceptional team management and organizational skills
Good knowledge of local employment laws
Qualifications and Experience:
· MBA / Post-graduate in HR
· Relevant exp of 12 years
