-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field
-5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
-Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and compliance requirements
-Experience with payroll software and systems (Preferred HITS)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
