Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems.
• Deliver IT Services through Ticketing systems, Phone Calls, and Emails.
• Maintain network infrastructure through monitoring tools and frequent routine checks.
• Maintain IT assets inventory by frequent routine checks and audits.
• Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend efficiencies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
-Experience0-1 (fresh graduate are most welcome)
-Excellent command of English either written or spoken.
-Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA
-Basic Knowledge of Active Directory
