Required Qualifications:
• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A post graduate degree in a related field is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
• High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, (Professionality and solid experience of excel is a must).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role (e.g., AR, AP, GL, etc.).
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and well archived (physically & digitally).
• Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively.
• Proactively performs preventive quality controls and initiates corrective actions when necessary.
• Providing tax planning and optimization opportunities advice to the business units.
• Responsible for managing the tax submission and tax audit of all legal entities to corporate / regulated authorities.
• Prepare the required analysis and documents necessary for tax inspection purposes, review the tax authority’s inspection report to identify issues raised.
• Support the finance manager in ensuring that intercompany transactions are in line with management agreements, transfer pricing policy and IFRS.
• Cooperation with parent and mother company in AR/AP reconciliation and consolidated financial statements.
