– Ensure proper logging of all issues.
– Support in remote implementation activates.
– Follow standard procedures of the organization to resolve issues by escalating them to the relevant team if required
Qualification:
– Experience: 1 – 3 years
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
– Proven work experience in IT operations
– Expertise in supporting large-scale distributed systems
Skills:

مسئول IT
الإشراف على وضع بروتوكولات لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات عبر الإدارات والمشاريع المختلفة.
تقديم المشورة بشأن أنسب خيارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
تقديم الدعم الفني أو التدريب للأنظمة والشبكات المتاحة في المؤسسة.
يقوم بتحديد متطلبات التطوير بناء على دراسة احتياجات الشركة ، ويضع الخطط اللازمة لتحقيق التطوير المطلوب.
يتابع تشغيل النظم المطبقة ويقيم كفاءتها ويشرف على تحليل احتياجات الإدارات المستخدمة لهذه النظم ويضع الخطط الخاصة بتأمين هذه الاحتياجات.
يحدد مواصفات الحلول البديلة والاضافات والتحديثات اللازمة ويدرس جدواها فنيا واقتصاديا.
يدرس ويحلل مشاكل تشغيل النظم المستخدمة ويضع الحلول الجذرية لمنع تكرارها ويقوم بعرضها على الادارة العليا ويشرف على تنفيذها.
يتابع كفاءة عمل أجهزة الحاسب الآلي وشبكة المعلومات واجهزة الطباعة ويتحقق من ملاءمتها لجميع المتطلبات.
يتابع إصلاح الأعطال فى أسرع وقت ويعمل على تقليل الأعطال الى الحد الأدنى .
تثبيت وتكوين البرامج والأجهزة (الطابعات وبطاقات الشبكة وغيرها من الاجهزة المختلفة)
مراقبة النظام ومراقبة أداء الشبكات.
استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والعمل على استعادة البيانات.
متابعة أنشطة الصيانة وتحسين الأداء (مثل تجهيز النسخ الاحتياطية).
الحفاظ على التراخيص ومراجعة مدى صلاحيتها ومتابعة تجديدها.
