Oracle Apps Developer Main Tasks:

Job Description:
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress and coordinating activities.
• Provide the direction in construction planning as assigned, coordinate works with Project Team, Client & Consultants.

• Raise technical queries such as RFI/RFC if necessary.
• Reviews structural model and drawings.
• Undertaking duties and or responsibilities when appropriately assigned by HOD.
• Prepare with the aid of finance department monthly project profit and loss statements
Job requirement:
• Good communication skills and effective team player.
• Able to converse and write in English in order to communicate with local and overseas customers.
• 5.5-day working week (alternate Saturdays).
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 – 4 years related working experience.
• Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures and proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Office & AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge in Civil and Structural design and analysis.
• Applicants must be able and willing to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Keen attention to details – must be able to focus on many tasks at once while still maintaining close attention to the details of each.
