IT Help Desk

We are hiring #IT_Help_Desk_Specialist in #Aswan Area.
Job Description:
– Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company-supported applications.
– Troubleshoot computer problems, determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
– Advise staff on appropriate action, serve as the liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
– Provide recommendations on company application purchases, document resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
· Microsoft Certified Professional
· 0-2 experience in the IT field
· The ability of analytical thinking
· The ability of problem-solving

Job Profile:
· Reliable Logistics Manager will be responsible for the overall logistics cycle end to end.
· Logistics Manager Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
· The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
· Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
· Arrange warehouses, goods & Plan routes for sales team
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints
· Supervise, coach and train warehouses & fleet workforce
· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
· Create the KPI’s for the logistics team and follow their performance.
· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
· Comply with laws, regulations and any other requirements

Job Requirements:
· Proven working experience as a Logistics and Supply chain Manager
· Record of successful distribution and logistics management
· Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
· Proficient in standard logistics software
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
· BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
