E-Commerce Key Account Manager

E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for the Revenue and Profit performance of Specific retail customer accounts and will report to the E-commerce Manager. 7. Maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through a comprehensive strategy, Oversight, and management of accounts.
8. Prepare monthly accounts performance reports.

• You enjoy troubleshooting problems for anyone!
• You’re organized.
Technical Skills:
• You have a deep understanding of AWS and its event-driven services (serverless).
• DevOps is near and dear to your heart, and you have implemented multiple CI/CD pipelines.
• You are a Python beast, and you have a sufficiently deep understanding of modern data
engineering practice.
Bonus Points:
• You are skilled at using Datadog for application and infrastructure monitoring.

Job Description:
1- Develop and execute manual tests cases and test automation scripts
2- Investigate the product and effectively identify where breakage may occur
3- Perform all testing activities, including bug reporting and retesting, root-cause analysis, regression testing, and acceptance testing
4- Review functional specifications and participate in the product design process
5- Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities
6- Generate status reports and summarize testing progress in project team meetings
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2 Years’ experience.
– Basic concept of Programming
– Proven work experience on mobile apps as well as web-based projects
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
– Hands-on experience with black box testing
– Hands-on experience with automation testing tools
– Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

– Education: Bachelor ‘s degree
