•Implement and maintain inventory and Material Management strategies for FG , RM and PM by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (Safety Stock, MOQ , Lead time etc.)
•Conduct regular Business Demand and supply review with Customers and supplier to ensure that supply chain Upstream and Downstream is in line with Business requirement.
•Monthly MRP – MPP Meeting with Customers to ensure the RM/PM , capacity And resource availability to meet the customer orders as per requested delivery dates.
•Closely Monitor the Information and Material flow internally (Within the Organization) and externally (With Customer & Supplier)
•Conduct the root cause analysis for supply related issues and perform define corrective action plan to avoid reoccurrence.
• Closely Monitory the inventory , Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize Write-Off ( FG,RM& PM).
•Manage and Monitor the proper usage of Resource utilization & Capacity leveling in accord with the Business needs.
•Manage and Control the Inventory carrying cost level in align with organization functional and financial requirement.
•Understanding the customer needs and actively using the information to promote excellent service to customer and to maximize business efficiency
•Ensure the concept of “Right First Time” to avoid occurrence of any financial / image loss to the company.
