⚠️Responsibilities:

⭕ Owner representative
⭕ Manage the design process and qualify, appoint and direct Project Manager Project Engineer and different consultants through the Pre-Concept, Concept and Detailed Design stages including full design of every part of the project by collaboration of all concerned parties.

⭕ Interface with different stakeholders and consultants to obtain their requirements and ensure the timely communication of project information, materials and relevant data to different parties.

⭕ Advise on the general approach to the layout, design and construction; and provide necessary documents to obtain required approvals.
⭕ Prepare / oversee the preparation of technical aspects, site conditions, planning, design and building in use as necessary, and give appraisals and recommendations.

⭕ Oversee the preparation of, review and approve Tender Documents including drawings specifications, BOQs and any relevant production information in sufficient detail, hold pretender briefing for potential contractors to ensure they have a good project understanding; and obtain As-Built drawings following the practical completion of the project.

⭕ Interface with the Commercial Management team to procure different services; manage RFPs under DM instructions; prepare tender documentation; manage cost engineering; negotiate contracts; approve and apply payments; and provide services and reports including change management; contract administration advice, and settle final consultants accounts to ensure transparency and adherence to policies and procedures through different project stages.

⭕ Responsible for managing all licenses, legal documents and following governmental regulations.

⭕ Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

⭕ Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

⭕ Monitor project progress and report to upper management on status, risks, and opportunities.

⭕ Manage the department budget, allocate resources, and make staffing decisions.

⭕ Mentor and develop junior engineers to reach their full potential.

⚠️ Requirement:

⭕ Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering with minimum 15-20 years of experience.

⭕ Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques

We are seeking to hire #Personnel_Specialist position Full-Time at construction company at Obour City.
Job Description:
-Responsible for all personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and any concerned governmental authorities, and building a strong relationship with them in order to avoid any penalties that can be imposed on the company.
-Handel all the contracts process from issuance to renewal.
-Process and maintain personnel records, employee database, and files by following up on the employees’ credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the

-Responsible for all attendances technicians & meals & transportation.
-Handle the medical insurance additions of new employees, and deletions, and resolve any inquiries that might arise.
-Responsible for Hiring Process (Creating job posts/Screen CVs/Sending interview invitations for applicants / Making face-to-face interviews and following up on the next interviews technical and final).
-Create a recruitment tracker sheet to maintain a database of candidate records, including hired and resign employees, and hold and rejected applicants).
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
-Very Good command of both spoken and written English
-1- 3 years of experience in a related field.
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills(Excel is a must)
-Presentable
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to cooperate with all categories of employees.
-Organized and detail-oriented.
-Have ability to self-motivated, eager to help and motivate others.

– Prepare primary takeover certificate for project delivery stages

– Follow up on the Interim payment certificate signed from the site engineer with required completion rates (Quality Survey)

Education: Bachelor Degree (Civil or Architectural Engineering)
