1- ” Pre-Sales & Bidding Specialist. “
Qualifications, Skills and certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher Electronic, Electrical Engineering & Communication Engineering.
• Experience and good knowledge minimum 7 years in a Pre-Sales role or similar capacity Specially on (Contracting /Low Voltage, ICT, Low Current, Networking, IT, Passive and Active).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of sales enablement tools and techniques.
• Ability to conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends and competition.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language is a plus.
• Must have KSA /Gulf Market Experience.
• Manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities.
• Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Preparing and reviewing the technical & commercial proposal of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
• Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
• Manage the bid budget
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award Skills and certifications.
• Proven work experience as a Pre-Sales and Bidding
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiar with CRM solutions
• Excellent write-up and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver documents and presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
