شركه المحمود للسياحه (المعادي-شبرا-مدينه نصر) تطلب:

1-موظف حجز تذاكر طيران (كل الفروع)
#Ticketing
reservation Agent ( Amadeus )
Handling daily requests
Able to achieve a target
Issuing, modifying or canceling flight tickets
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Enter data into our software and maintain client files
Network with tour operators
Confirm and modify flight reservations.
Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
Follow-up with different cases
Booking all Travel Services needed
Provide quick response to urgent cases

2–#محاسب خبرة من سنتان او بدون خبرة
للعمل بفرع شبرا (ذكور فقط)
3- عدد 3 خدمات مساعدة ( #بوفيه ونظافه )للفروع الثلاث .يفضل بنات او سيدات
