11. استرداد القطع التبديلية المستعملة عند صرف قطع جديدة بدلا عنها .
12. استلام قطع الغيار التالفة من الفنيين وعمل ارتجاع لها على مخزن rejected
13. عمل اذن صرف توالف لقطع الغيار التوالف اسبوعيا و اعداد بيان بأرصدة الرواكد للبت بشأنها
14. مراجعة مواقف البلاغات التى لم يتم تنفيذها من خلال الفنيين لعدم تواجد قطع الغيار و طلبها
15. مسئول عما ينقص او يزيد من صنف داخل المخزن دون اصدار تحرير بوضعه
17. إشعار إدارة المخازن عن أرصدة الأصناف قبل نفادها وطلب تعزيزها بمدة كافية لتفادي تعطيل الأعمال.
18. المشاركة فى تطبيق الإجراءات الوقائية لحماية المخزن من الأخطار كـ(الحريق والسرقة ..الخ ).
19. إعداد التقارير والاحصائيات بشكل دوري مثل تقارير الاصناف الواردة والمنصرفة وتقارير الكميات المتاحة ومعدلات الاستهلاك وحد الطلب والاحتياجات المطلوبة والمتوقعة
