Job Description
Manage, control and develop staff and services of the maintenance department on the floor, workshop and other equipment owned/required .
Policy and standards to manage the prevention/solve the maintenance breakdowns and repair the plant, equipment to the highest standards, ensure high quality, cost effective and technical service is provided to support all departments.
Supervises the day-to-day operations of engineering department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Managing the maintenance KPI’s as (reducing the total maintenance down Month for total time, implementing the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), reduce for total time store value.)
Manage the unplanned work resulting from breakdown and emergencies, making sure they are dealt with in efficient manner by prioritizing as required for the provision of 24 hour callout service.
Supervise in the trouble-shooting complex of maintenance problems and failures by working closely with the team if required
Analyze the breakdowns causes and find the root cause to prevent it and recommend actions
Review the required maintenance (local/foreign) PRs on SAP system for all the machines to avoid any suddenly stop in accordance with procedures.
Managing the major installation or maintenance project, leading the team of technicians assigned to the task.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical or electrical engineering with preferably an
MBA is preferred
10-15 years relevant experience in Maintenance including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
