Right Foods is looking for Branch Accountant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
1. Check sales invoices and determine cash and stock variances.
2. Collaborate effectively with the Sales Department and Credit – Controller in Head Office to report information regarding branch’s turnover and receivable status.
3. Reconcile customers’ accounts and resolve issues for any discrepancies.
4. Communicate with the Branch and Sales Managers with regards to the sales analysis, spoilages/returns turnover, stock positions, sales/customer structure management, as well as pricing maintenance.
5. Issue monthly statement of accounts/invoices and do follow-ups for collections.
6. Daily posting of various journal entries in SAP. Match payment against invoices accurately.
7. Submit daily reports for sales, collections, and bank deposits; weekly stock reconciliations, aging of receivables; and monthly sales analysis to the Head Office

Requirements:
– 1 – 3 consecutive years in a similar position.
– Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent
– SAP User
– FMCG work experience is a must.

GL Accountant

We’re looking for a GL Accountant to join our team!

Objective:
Responsible for recording financial transactions, including journal entries, maintaining the dates of issuing the balance sheet, ledgers, accounts and reconciliation, in addition to assisting in the monthly closing and analysis of accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensures the accuracy of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions of assets and liabilities.
2. Oversees payroll, invoices, payables, cash receipts, cash payments, and general ledger functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency of accounting transactions.
3. Prepares and sends monthly transaction reports in validation with the budget and summarizes the financial position by gathering information and preparing the balance sheet and profit and loss.
4. Ensures accuracy of all ledger accounts with sub-accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
5. Prepares and sends the sales cost report to the direct manager.
6. Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements and follows up and supports external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information to auditors.

– Experience 3 – 5 years, FMCGs Background

– Proficient in MS Office
