4 إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والرد على ملاحظات مصلحة الضرائب بشأنها وذلك في المواعيد المقررة والاشتراك في مناقشة أوجه الخلاف في مراحل نظهرها.
5 مراقبة وفحص حسابات المدينين والدائنين شهرياً وتتبع محضر استلام المواد الموردة للمؤسسة حتى يتم سداد قيمتها .
6 تسوية الخلافات في حسابات المدينين والدائنين -إن وجدت- والرد على استفساراتهم ومراجعة كشوف الحسابات التي ترسل للعملاء وكذلك التي ترد من الدائنين.
7 إجراء كافة التسويات المحاسبية قبل إعداد القوائم المالية والحسابات الختامية بحيث تحمل السنة المالية بكل ما يخصها من جميع المصروفات والإيرادات طبقاً لمبدأ الاستحقاق واستقلال الدورات المالية بحيث تظهر حسابات النتائج فائض القطاع أو خسارته على الوجه الصحيح وذلك طبقاً للقواعد المحاسبية.
8 متابعة تغطية كافة أنواع التأمين في مواعيده المحددة وفق ما تقرره الإدارة العامة للمؤسسة.
9 فحص فروق الحسابات المتعلقة بالمركز المالي للمؤسسة لبيان مركز السيولة وعمل الإشعارات المدينة والدائنة وفق النماذج المعدة لذلك.
10 متابعة مهام طلب كشوف الحساب من البنوك للتعرف على أوضاع النقدية لدي المؤسسة وإعداد مذكرات التسوية اللازمة وعرض ذلك على المدير المالي الذي يقوم بدوره بعرضها ومناقشتها مع مدير المؤسسة.
11 القيام بالجرد المفاجئ والدوري على المخازن ومديونيات العملاء وإجراء المطابقات وحصر الفروق – إن وجدت- وإعداد التسويات اللازمة عليها وعرض ذلك على المدير المالي والذي يقوم بدوره بعرضها على مدير المؤسسة ومناقشتها معه .
12 مراجعة ومطابقة المرفقات مع القيود الآلية الصادرة أولاً بأول.
13 المصادقة على كافة القيود المحاسبية أولاً بأول.
14 ترحيل كافة القيود المحاسبية أولاً بأول بعد التأكد من سلامتها.
15 أرشفة كافة السندات المحاسبية أولاً بأول في ملفات خاصة بها وترتيبها بشكل سليم يسهل الرجوع إليها عند الحاجة.
16 عدم الإفصاح بأى معلومات مالية لإى من الموظفين او المديرين والتعامل بخصوصية تامة مع المدير العام فقط .
17 عدم صرف اى مستحقات او شيكات إلا بإذن صرف موقع من المدير العام او بتفويض منة .
18 . مسؤل مسئولية كاملة عن الخزينة وحفظ ملفات وعقود المورديين وعقود البيع المبرمة بين الشركة والاطراف المعنية .
٢محاسب عملاء خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ويشترط الخبرة في العمل على النظم المحاسبية وإعداد التقارير اليومية ويفضل فى المجال الغذائي

Automotive Cyber Security Manager: (Permanent Position)
Position Overview
The Capital VSTAR suite has a strong position in the marketplace for AUTOSAR basic software and associated tooling. We recognize the increasing importance of cyber security to our customers and are responding by increasing our investment in this area.
The individual in this position will drive our strategy for cyber security, ensuring that we have a market-leading SDLC and are producing the necessary artefacts and secure software that are essential for the automotive market.
Job Duties
Reporting to senior management, this position is a cyber security manager responsible for our delivery of secure software. Important duties include:
• Understanding the security needs of our customers and the general market; representing IES in discussions with customers on their needs and our capabilities.
• Transforming our SDLC ensuring that we have an efficient process able to meet our customers’ high standards. Drive change throughout our global sites to ensure this transformation.
• Manage the delivery of security qualification activities for customer projects – TARA risk assessments, security uplifts for existing modules and delivery of the security artefacts.
• Influence our roadmap for the inclusion of security features in our software (eg HSM, Crypto drivers, SecOC, etc).
Job Qualifications:
Essential:
• B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in Computer, Software or Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong expertise in cyber security and has worked recently in a role dedicated to this. Should have a strong understanding of the relevant standards such as ISO/SAE DIS 21434.
• Comprehensive understanding of security features in embedded software – HSM, SecOC, PKI, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the embedded software industry but ideally at least 10 years. Should have a good knowledge of embedded software development.
• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
• A great team player that is able to effect change in adjacent groups.
• Willing to travel, including occasional international travel

• Develop/Integrate of the new AUTOSAR Adaptive platform
• Manage project deliverables to both internal and external customers.
• Manage customer interactions including phone calls, team meetings, and email communications.
• Manage expectations and balances the needs of company and client to ensure satisfaction for relevant parties.
• Build, maintain and optimize the test environment to continuously improve test coverage.
• Participate in the analysis of problems reported by customers.

Job Qualifications:
• B.Sc. in Computer/Electronic Engineering with grade Very Good or higher.
• 0-3 years business experience in Embedded SW and Automotive
• Experience working with project management methodology including project planning, project development, control and assurance methodologies
• Strong programming knowledge of C++/Python
• Knowledge in software design process and development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Automotive and/or AUTOSAR Classic and/or AUTOSAR Adaptive.
• Linux system administration skills
– Configuring global settings (/etc)
– TCP/IP configuration (ifconfig, route, bridge, tap, VLAN, …)
– Also for connection virtual machines to an ECU (VMware configuration, bridging,…)
– Shell scripting (sh, bach, zch,…)
– Scripting with Python
– Build Systems (Make, CMake, Autotools, Ant, Bazel, Scons,…)
• Embedded Linux/POSIX know-how
– QNX, Yocto, etc.
• Strong written/communication skills with a quantitative analysis oriented mindset.
• Self-Motivated and Team Player.
• Willing to work in a challenging environment.
• Ability to travel for short and long term assignments.
