Job Brief:
Drive new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with existing and potential customers
Helping the sales team to reach targets.
Job Description:
·Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the solutions and services offered by ARCSHIELDS
·Be a trusted advisor who provide sound security advice to customers and help them establish business case, including TCO and ROI justification.
·Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
·Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
·Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc.
·Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
·Close follow-up with customers on requirements communicated during meetings/conferences.
·QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
·Must have degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering and Information Systems or related, with a focus or major in IT Security being highly desirable.
·Must have working experience in Information security Operations.
·Must have working technical knowledge of security technologies (across multiple domains such as Firewall, Network IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security etc.), information security concepts and familiar with the security marketplace.
·Experience in preparing technical architecture blueprint and responding to RFP is highly desirable
·Professional security related qualification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are a plus
·Working knowledge and familiarity with Virtualization and Cloud technology is desirable
·Broad experience and understanding of regulatory framework and guidelines in Egypt are a must
·Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc. is a plus.
Job Requirements:
·Must have at least 5 years of strong hands-on experience in IT Security with at least 2 years in technical solutions and presales.
·Leadership and communication skills.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Languages required: English and Arabic.
·Presentation skills.
·Must be comfortable presenting to a small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics.
·Interest in and understanding the security industry.
·The ability to research and keep on top of cybersecurity developments.
·Influencing and negotiation skills.
·Aptitude for time management and organization.
·Problem-solving ability.
