We’re Hiring: Jira Expert | Cairo, Egypt
We are looking for an experienced Jira Expert to join our team in Cairo and take ownership of Jira administration, configuration, optimization, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and schemes.
- Design and optimize workflows based on business and team requirements.
- Manage users, roles, groups, and access permissions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, filters, reports, and Jira metrics.
- Configure Jira Automation to streamline repetitive processes.
- Support Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Manage and improve Jira projects, boards, backlogs, and Sprint configurations.
- Troubleshoot Jira issues and provide technical support to users.
- Integrate Jira with other tools and platforms when required.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve Jira usage and team productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jira Administrator / Jira Expert / Jira Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira configuration and administration.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with Jira workflows, permissions, automation, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective Jira solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Confluence is a plus.
- Atlassian/Jira certifications are a plus.
